West Mountain is located Just 3 miles from Exit 18 off the Adirondack Northway (I-87), between Saratoga Springs and Lake George.

Directions From The South (Albany)
Take the I-87 North (Northway) North
Take exit 18 
Turn left onto County Rte 28/Corinth Rd/Main St
Turn right onto County Rte 58/WestMountain Road
West Mountain will be shortly on your left.

Directions From The North (Plattsburgh)
Take the I-87(Northway) South
Take exit18 
Turn right onto County Rte 28/Corinth Rd/Main St

HOURS: 

Winter 20-21 Hours

During non-holiday periods, West Mountain is open for skiing and snowboarding Monday’s 3-9pm/NW Base, Bar and Trails 4pm-8pm, Tuesday-Friday 10am-9pm/NW Base Area and Trails 11am-8pm, Saturday-Sunday 8:30am-6pm/NW Base, Bar & Trails 9:30am-5pm. The tubing park is open non-holidays Friday’s 4-8pm, Saturday-Sunday 10am-6pm. The West Mountain Bar & Eatery will be open for dining (limited menu) and bar service non-holiday Monday-Friday 4-9pm, Saturday-Sunday 10am-6pm.  

During holiday periods (Dec. 19-Jan. 3, Jan. 16-18, Feb. 13-21), West is open for skiing and snowboarding Monday-Friday 8:30am-9pm/NW Base, Bar and Trails 9:30am-8pm, Saturday-Sunday 8:30am-6pm/NW Base, Bar & Trails 9:30am-5pm. The tubing park is open during holiday periods Monday-Friday 10am-8pm, Saturday-Sunday 10am-6pm. The West Mountain Bar & Eatery will be open for dining (limited menu) and bar service during the holiday periods Monday-Friday 11am-9pm, Saturday-Sunday 11am-6pm.  

Christmas Eve: Ski Area 8:30am-3:30pm

Christmas Day: Ski Area: Closed due to weather expected (Have a Merry Christmas!)

New Year’s Eve: Ski Area 8:30am-6pm/Tubing Park 10am-6pm,  & West Mountain Bar & Eatery 11am-6pm

New Year’s Day: Ski Area 8:30am-6pm/Tubing Park 10am-6pm, & West Mountain Bar & Eatery 11am-6pm  

Summer Hours: Our Summer 2021 Hours are TBD.
