Whether it is skiing, riding, and tubing in the winter or hiking, mountain biking and Aerial Treetop Adventure tours in the summer – West Mountain has something for everyone. Book a corporate event or team building activity; let us plan your wedding; let us host your birthday bash. We offer onsite food and beverage service from the West Express Café and West Mountain Bar & Eatery. Enjoy fireside seating, music and more. With multiple event spaces available – indoors and out – we’ve got you covered.
If you have a tubing group visiting us during regular business hours, please pre-purchase your tickets online two or more weeks in advance for the discounted rate. Due to capacity constraints and using RFID Technology, all tubing groups must be pre-purchased online two or more weeks in advance. Let our professional in-house chef and staff make your event beautiful, memorable and stress free. West Mountain offers indoor and outdoor space for special events. Rent out the West Mountain Bar & Eatery, Main Lodge or NW Lodge, or host your event outdoors with the mountain as your backdrop.

PRIVATE TUBING/AERIAL (HIGH ROPES) ADVENTURE PARK RENTALS
Rent out the Tubing Park (in the winter) or the Aerial Treetop (High Ropes) Adventure Park (in the summer) for your next company event. Tubing and Climbing can be a great way to build relationships while having fun! Whether you need internal team building, have a cause for celebration or simply need to take a laugh break. Large groups of 100 or more can rent out the Tubing Park or Aerial Adventure Park exclusively for your Group for two hours! If you don’t have 100 people in your group, no problem. You can reserve the tubing park or aerial treetop adventure park for a corporate event with less than 100 for 2 hours, but pay for 100. Please allow an hour for chairlift transport to the Aerial Treetop Adventure Park and back to the lodge. We require payment at time of booking and we do not issue refunds.

FIELD TRIPS, Team Building and Bus Tours
Calling all teachers, camp organizers and bus tour companies – Make West Mountain your winter, spring, summer and fall field trip destination! Nature walks, hiking, team building activities, Aerial Treetop Adventure Park, tubing, skiing and more. Boxed lunches available. Discounts available for field trip/team building/bus tour groups.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES
West Mountain offers birthday pizza parties during the winter, summer, and fall seasons. Make your next birthday party one to remember. Choose from Tubing Parties in the winter or Aerial Treetop Adventure Pizza Parties in the summer or fall. Party packages are available for groups of 10 or more pre-booking two or more weeks in advance. For all groups we require a head count and full payment at the time of booking. The tubing park sells out quickly; therefore, booking is required two or more weeks in advance.

SKI CLUB 6-WEEK PROGRAMS | REGISTER BY CALLING 518-636-3699 ext. 336
Get a group of 10 friends and family together and form a ski club at West Mountain. Groups of 10+ receive a $40 discount on our individual programs. First year ski club group organizers receive a complimentary season pass (with a minimum of 10 participants in the club). For more information, please contact the Snow Sports office at 518-636-3699 ext. 336. 2022-2023 Ski Club program registration is open. Register before midnight on October 15th to save. Registration discount cut-off dates for 2022-2023 are 10/15, 11/15, last day to register is 12/24.
