Description:	Give your children the opportunity to enjoy summer camp at West Mountain exploring the great outdoors with our amazing staff. The camps include hiking, climbing and organized activities and projects that will strengthen their bodies and minds. Please have all children wear comfortable clothing that is not loose, good sneakers or appropriate footwear for out door activities (no flip flops or sandals will be permitted). Children should bring at least one full water bottle each day, lunch (unless the meal plan is purchased), and a snack. Days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00AM-3:00PM Ages: 7-14 Pricing: $220 per week (Lunch not included) $250 per week (Meal Plan Included see below) Meal Plan prepared daily in-house by our executive chef Includes a Sandwich (on a wrap, white or wheat bread), Choice of Chips or an Apple, a Cookie, and a bottled water. Meal Plan forms will be emailed to parents a week before the camp and will need to be returned by email at least 48 hours in advance of the first day of camp. Vegetable wrap (gluten free)- Peppers, Carrots, Cucumbers, Lettuce and Tomato with an herbed cream cheese. Turkey and Cheddar Sandwich- Roasted turkey, local cheddar, with lettuce and tomato Honey Ham and Swiss Sandwich- Honey ham, local Swiss cheese, with lettuce and tomato Roast beef and Cheddar Sandwich- Roast beef, aged cheddar with lettuce and tomato PB&J Sandwich- strawberry jam with peanut butter
